Hi, I’m Jen Kunz. Utah has been home for most of my life, and South Weber is where I’m raising my own little crew. That matters because I know how quickly these seasons move. The baby stage, the chaos years, the senior-year countdown, the wedding day, the quiet in-between moments. They do not wait around.
My photography style is warm, natural, and directed just enough. I want people to feel taken care of, not overly posed. I’ll help with location, light, timing, and the tiny details that make a session run smoother.
What working with me should feel like
I give direction because most people do not want to guess what to do with their hands, where to look, or how to stand. I also leave room for movement because the best images often happen after everyone stops performing.
Before the session, I can help with location ideas, timing, wardrobe direction, and what to expect. During the session, I’ll keep things moving without making it feel rushed. Afterward, I’ll deliver a polished private gallery you can download, share, and print from.
The moments I love to capture
I want to create photographs that preserve the people, love, and milestones that matter most to you. From families, engagements, bridals, and weddings to seniors, baptisms, maternity, and more, every season deserves to be remembered in a way that feels honest and personal. Whatever brings you in front of my camera, my goal is to capture the connection and love you share so you can hold onto those memories for years to come.
Resources for photographers
I also write from the working-photographer side. Start with my Utah photography business checklist or read why I use Nikon—without pretending Canon cannot do the job—in my Canon vs Nikon guide.
If you want a photographer who pays attention and keeps the experience human, I’d love to hear what you’re planning.
