1. What types of photography do you specialize in?
I specialize in family photography and weddings, but that’s just the beginning! I also photograph elopements, maternity sessions, newborns, senior pictures, and real estate. Whether it’s your growing family, a once-in-a-lifetime wedding, or the beautiful home you’ve worked hard to create, my focus is always the same—capturing natural, joyful, and true-to-life moments that tell your story.
2. Where are you located, and do you travel?
I’m based in South Weber, Utah and serve Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Cache and Summit Counties. I love exploring new spots and can travel outside these areas upon request—just ask about travel rates. Visit my locations page here.
3. How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, I recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance. Family sessions are best scheduled 4–6 weeks ahead, especially during busy spring and fall seasons.
4. What should we wear for our photos?
After booking, you’ll receive a style guide with outfit inspiration, color palettes, and tips for coordinating without matching. I’m also happy to give personalized feedback on outfit choices!
5. How long does a session last?
Most family sessions last 60–75 minutes. Weddings vary depending on coverage, usually ranging from 4 to 8 hours. I’ll help you choose the perfect amount of time based on your needs.
6. Do you edit all the photos?
Yes! Every image you receive is individually edited for color, light, and skin tone. I keep your gallery looking natural and timeless—never over-processed.
7. How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and a built-in print shop. You can share, download, and order prints directly from your gallery.
8. Can you help us choose a location?
Absolutely! I have a curated list of Utah locations with beautiful light, easy access, and different vibes—mountains, fields, or urban backdrops. We’ll find one that fits your style.
9. What happens if the weather is bad?
Utah weather can be unpredictable, so I always have a backup plan. We can reschedule or adjust timing as needed. I’ll guide you through the best option if conditions change.
10. How do I book a session?
Simply fill out my contact form or call 801-515-3842 (calls only). Once we confirm your date, I’ll send a short agreement and retainer invoice to reserve your session.
